Are you interested in deepening your yoga practice? If so, we invite you to attend our January, 2022 Yin Yoga Teacher Training, which is open to all clients. Teacher training is not just about learning to become a yoga teacher. It's an excellent place to learn tools and techniques that will take your yoga practice even deeper.
Reasons to take a Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course
Yin Yoga is a different practice than you might be accustomed to. It’s much slower than a Vinyasa practice. Rather than focusing on stretching your muscles, Yin Yoga targets your deep connective tissues. The slow pace makes for a deeply meditative practice, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Postures are held three minutes and longer.
Taking a Yin Yoga teacher training course allows you to immerse yourself in the practice. When you finish the training, you will be able to easily practice at home, when you can’t make it into the yoga shala. It will also help you decide if you want to invest the time and money in an RYT 200 or RYT 300 hour teacher training course.
If you are already a yoga instructor, the Yin Yoga Teacher Training gives you an additional class to teach and will add new skills to your teaching tool kit. It’s perfect for existing instructors looking to gain certification and CEU credit through the Yoga Alliance.
